In the Constitution it is necessary to fix position that defines the VSL as an absolute priority of the state. This was stated by President Vladimir Putin during the online meeting the Ombudsman for children Anna Kuznetsova and large families. The broadcast led TV channel “Russia 24”.
According to the head of the state, it is no coincidence that during the discussion of amendments to the Russian Constitution protection and family support were among the most frequent proposals of the Russians.
Putin expressed his gratitude to all those who “nurtures and protects the young generation” — moms and dads, grandparents, teachers, doctors and social workers. In his opinion, they create conditions in order to develop the talent inherent in every child. Putin also appealed to young citizens, stressing that it depends on them how to take advantage of these opportunities.
“And the crucial here — your understanding that success in life is determined by hard work, dedication, kindness and humanity,” said the President.
