Under the proposed rules, the appointment with an infectious disease doctor and hematologist have to take 20 minutes, oncologist – 23 minutes of the surgeon and the pulmonologist for 26 minutes. The most time – 35 minutes allotted to the appointment with the physiatrist.
During this time, the doctor should have time not only to examine the patient and give recommendations and arrange medical records.
these standards is expected to approve in coordination with the Ministry of labour and social protection of the Russian Federation.
