Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed the decision about cancellation or transfer of cultural events and characteristics of return tickets for them. In a document posted on the portal of the Cabinet, States that if a cultural event is cancelled due to an emergency situation, it is possible or refund the ticket or exchange it for a voucher.
