Shooting in Novokuznetsk: the court taken under protection, a criminal case
After the shooting in a court of Novokuznetsk opened a criminal case under paragraph 3 of article 30, paragraphs "a" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation ("Attempt at murder of two and more persons"). The fire opened the came to court with a gun 45-year-old man. Tried to stop him bailiff of the man shot in the stomach. From the received wounds the bailiff died.
