The children’s Ombudsman proposed to establish lifetime supervision for pedophiles
Ombudsman for children under the President of the Russian Federation Anna Kuznetsova suggested to create a registry of convicted pedophiles to be able to follow them after the sentence. This is stated in the annual report which the Ombudsman submitted to the President.
