Father, torturing small children, arrested
A resident of St. Petersburg Maxim Berdnikov, the father of three minor children, who is accused of torturing six-year-old daughter and four year old son, arrested until March 16. This decision was taken on Saturday, January 18, Frunzenskiy district court of the Northern capital.
