Klishas: the CEC will invite the working group on amendments to the Constitution
Specialists of the Central election Commission will be brought to the work group for preparation of amendments to the Constitution. This was stated by the co-chair of the group, Andrei Klishas. According to him, the next meeting which will be held on Thursday, invited the Chairman of the CEC of the Russian Federation Nikolay Bulaev.
