When crossing the Ukrainian-Russian border, Ukrainian law enforcers detained a resident of Sevastopol who is an Orthodox believer. He is suspected of involvement in the activities of the self-defense of the Crimea. This was announced by the Commissioner for human rights in Sevastopol Pavel Buzy.
