The Strasbourg court has not found the political second case of Khodorkovsky
The European court of human rights recognized the political second case against the ex-head of YUKOS Mikhail Khodorkovsky and former head of Menatep Bank Platon Lebedev. However, were satisfied with their complaint on the violation of several articles of the European Convention on human rights. Compensation was denied.
