In Karelia will take Most of the Arctic regatta
4 July in St. Petersburg will launch a major Arctic regatta. It will become the most northerly competition in sailing. The route of the race will pass through Leningrad, Murmansk and Arkhangelsk region, Nenets Autonomous district, and Karelia.
