Foreigners in flight: Japan will pay only domestic tourists
The Japanese Agency for tourism has refuted reports that Tokyo will pay more to foreign tourists for the rest of the country. The programme aims to stimulate domestic tourism only after the pandemic COVID-19 and will cover only a portion of the travel costs of Japanese in the country.
