MIA: when voting on boravkom to the Constitution were attempts of external interference
Attempts of outside interference in the vote on the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian interior Ministry was recorded. This was stated in the Council of Federation state Secretary - Deputy interior Minister Igor Zubov. External exposure was conducted by spreading fake information about the voting process with mobile phones and the Internet sites that was mainly outside of Russia.
