Banks will pay the Central Bank for operation in the system of quick payments
From 1 January 2020, the CBR begins to charge banks a fee for transactions in the system fast payments (SBP). This was announced by the regulator at the end of 2018. The Central Bank does not charge banks a fee for their services in SBP in 2019 within the grace period.
