Contract volumes remained at the level of 2019 and the price is defined only for January and February. The agreements reached following the meeting, the head of “Gazprom” Alexey Miller with the Ambassador of Belarus Vladimir Semashko and energy Minister Viktor Karankevich, RIA Novosti reported.
Current gas deal between Moscow and Minsk must cease to have effect from 1 January 2020. Earlier, Lukashenko said that in 2020 the country intends to buy from Russia about 20 billion cubic meters of gas and 24-25 million tons of oil.
Earlier, the presidents of our countries Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko took place two telephone conversations.
