Wellington Phoenix Players Kate Taylor and Kelli Brown to Depart the Club
Football Ferns midfielder Kate Taylor has announced that she will not be returning to Wellington Phoenix for the upcoming women’s A-League season. Along with Taylor, forward Kelli Brown will also be leaving the club as they are both out of contract.
The club has expressed their support for Taylor’s decision to pursue her football career overseas and is confident in her future success. Taylor has been a key player for the team since they joined the Liberty A-League in 2021, with 42 appearances under her belt.
