Marisol to continue locking down the goal for Salesianos Puertollano

The board of the yellow team has recently finalized the renewal of goalkeeper Marisol, who will join the already renewed Alba and new addition Nena Suet in defending the yellow goal.

Marisol Bravo is a true institution within the club, as she is a homegrown player who will be entering her 14th season defending the colors and goal of Salesianos Puertollano. The 33-year-old goalkeeper, who also serves as one of the team captains, will continue to be a role model for the younger players in the team.

With her renewal confirmed by the team, Marisol will continue to wear the ’13’ jersey for Salesianos Puertollano and bring to the team the experience gained from 13 seasons with the club, as well as the passion and devotion to the colors, along with her security between the posts.

In the previous season, Marisol shared goalkeeping duties with teammate Alba, who will once again work together to defend Salesianos Puertollano’s goal in an attempt to make their team one of the least conceded in the category. Additionally, they will also have the support of new signing Nena Suet at the start of the upcoming season, increasing healthy competition and benefiting the team’s defensive efforts.

The technical department of CD Salesianos Puertollano had no doubts and wanted to continue relying on hometown goalkeeper Marisol. The renewal was a straightforward decision for both parties, as Marisol is an essential part of this team. Following the renewals of Alba, Latorre, Patri, and Laloma, goalkeeper Marisol becomes the fifth player to renew ahead of the next season.

The board of the industrial club continues its meticulous work in building a competitive squad, and more announcements are expected in the coming days.
