office of the Ombudsman for the rights of entrepreneurs has made a rating of the loyalty of Russian regions to business. It is called “Index. The administrative burden in 2020.” Rating of regions where entrepreneurs feel the greatest pressure from regulatory bodies, presented the Commissioner for the protection of the rights of businessmen Boris Titov, the President of Russia.
loyalty parameters were taken based on the data from a number of departments, particularly the Ministry of economy of the Russian Federation, Rosstat, verification of the Unified register, and other control and Supervisory bodies.
As reported by the GTRK “Kostroma”, the index was calculated for 85 subjects. In the first place in the ranking of Ulyanovsk oblast, Karelia and Udmurtia. Kostroma oblast ranked in the TOP 10. Among the regions with the maximum pressure entered in Kabardino-Balkaria, Dagestan, Irkutsk oblast, Chechnya, Komi Republic, Volgograd oblast.
Note the index is compiled on the basis of the results of activities in 2019 — up to the start of the pandemic COVID-19. According to the office of the Ombudsman based on the statistics of the Prosecutor General, in 2020 more than 200 thousand inspections of Russian enterprises will be cancelled.
