Now bear trying to gain mass and in the woods already have something to make money. Now, there are thousands of 300 bears. That’s a lot compared to previous years, informs GTRK “Smolensk”.
Note, the national Park “Smolensk lakes” was founded in 1992. Purpose — the preservation of the natural identity of protected forest region. The Park area is approximately three percent of the area of the region. A large part of it is dense forest, where there are 55 varieties of plants of Central Russia, noted in the red book of the Smolensk region as rare and endangered. Ten of them can be found in the red book of the Russian Federation.
