Moscow sends multidisciplinary teams of doctors to the regions that need assistance in dealing with the coronavirus. The first flight will depart on Wednesday, may 27. They go to North Ossetia, Dagestan, Ingushetia and Zabaykalsky Krai. This was stated by the Deputy mayor for social development Anastasia Rakova.
According to preliminary plans, six teams of six people will stay in the regions for about two weeks. In addition, subjects will receive remedies, medicines and the necessary equipment for the treatment of coronavirus. In a short time the same team will be sent to Pskov, and Vladimir.
Anastasia Rakova noted that the capital from the beginning of the epidemic, providing assistance to the regions. The city shares his experience, conducting video conferences and webinars, according to RIA Novosti.
the Deputy mayor said that the teams will include highly qualified doctors and nurses who have already undergone several months of struggle with COVID-19. Among physicians, pulmonologists, anesthesiologists-Intensivists, infectious disease specialists, radiologists, and intensive care nurses. Each team will be headed by a surgeon with experience in re hospitals under the treatment of coronavirus and the organization of the treatment process.
Rakova noted that senior doctors of the teams will be doctors from Sri behalf of the Sklifosovsky clinical hospital named Vinogradov, Vorohoba, Eramishantsev, hospital of veterans of wars №1 and hospital of the city of Moscow.
Earlier the President of Russia Vladimir Putin during a working meeting with Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin was asked to send to the regions doctors to help in the fight against coronavirus.
