Criminal proceedings were instituted under articles 254 (“land Damage”), 246 (“Infringement of rules of protection of the environment by manufacture of works”) and 250 of the Criminal code of Russian Federation (“Pollution of waters”). All three cases are United in one manufacture. All materials submitted for further investigation to the Central apparatus of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
