"Aeroflot" has suspended the sale of discounted tickets to the far East

From December 28, “Aeroflot” has suspended the sale of discounted tickets to the far East, the press service of the company.

Government subsidies of $ 3.8 billion is exhausted. As soon as further funds, and for 2020 the planned 5.8 billion rubles, sales will resume.

Subsidized rates for the year 2020 was introduced on December 20. They concern direct flights to Simferopol, Kaliningrad and the far East in economy class. Qualify for the discounted tickets could Russians younger than 23 and older than 60 years, the disabled and families with children.

Flat rates while continuing to operate. The price is fixed and does not depend on the date of purchase and season. A ticket for such fare in economy class may purchase any passenger.

Earlier at a press conference the Russian leader Vladimir Putin reassured Russians, noting that no one is going to abolish flat rates. Such flights will continue doing so. In addition, the head of state stressed that the program is expanding not only due to the Far East, but at the expense of other regions.
