the New Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin and his predecessor Dmitry Medvedev will hold a meeting on Friday, January 17. They will meet in the House of government, reports TASS with reference to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Earlier, the news Agency reported that in the near future Mishustin will name a new Cabinet.
“I Think that this understanding will arise in the coming days, he said. – As soon as it (the understanding – ed.) to appear, we say this”.
Meanwhile, the former Prime Minister thanked the former government.
“I am Grateful to all the members of the Government, the Government office for the great work that we have done all these years. It was sometimes very difficult, – Medvedev wrote in Facebook. But we have found solutions that have helped our country to move forward, to evolve. Always acted in the interests of the people. And we achieved a lot”.

the Ministry of Finance has promised in the near future to provide the new Prime Minister a report on the sources of funds needed to solve the tasks set by the President. This was announced by acting head of Department Anton Siluanov on the sidelines of the Gaidar forum in Moscow.
“objectives of financial capacious, however, we are now preparing proposals for reporting to the government, Mishustin, about what sources to achieve the objectives which are set as for the current year and for the near future” – said Siluanov.
He stressed that voiced by the head of state proposals should not lead to a “budget imbalance”, on the contrary, they should provide “fiscal stability”.

Earlier on January 16, the state Duma approved the candidacy mishustina, after which the President has signed the decree about its appointment to the post of Prime Minister. One more decree the President has introduced a new public office – the Deputy Chairman of the Russian security Council. In this post, he appointed Dmitry Medvedev.
