"Naftogaz" has decided to sue Russia for more than seven billion dollars

The amount of the claim – about $ 5 billion, but with interest, says Vitrenko, it is possible to count and more than $ 7 billion. Lawsuits against Russia “Naftogaz” has already been filed in September 2017. The company called its losses in the Crimea. That production assets of the company “Chernomorneftegaz”, gas in underground storage in the Crimea, as well as the assets of other subsidiaries of “Naftogaz”.

On the protection of investments in the Crimea had filed eight Ukrainian companies. In addition to “Naftogaz” has made it Privat, billionaire Igor Kolomoisky “Ukrnafta”, Asadabad, “Everest”, “Stable” and “Luksor”.
