Commenting on the new sanctions the UK, the press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov expressed regret in connection with the unfriendly steps by the British side and said that Russia’s response will correspond to the interests of the Russian Federation, reports “Interfax”.
As reported, yesterday the Minister of foreign Affairs of great Britain Dominique Raab announced the introduction of personal sanctions against persons associated with the “Magnitsky case”.
In the list of the names of 25 Russian citizens. Among them, the representatives of the interior Ministry, including the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin, the investigative isolators “Matrosskaya Tishina and Butyrka”, as well as physicians.
In respect of persons included in the list, a ban on travel and enabled the freezing of assets.
