As noted, the bill was developed on behalf of Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova. It provides for the transfer to the constituent entities of authority to independently determine the types of medical activities, the implementation of which does not prevent the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
it is Expected that the bill will be submitted for consideration to the government in the third quarter of this year, after which it will be considered by Parliament.
Under current law, the sale of alcohol adjacent to medical institutions in the territories is forbidden, reminds RIA Novosti.
