According to the document, access to socially oriented nonprofit organizations in the measures of state support will become easier thanks to a single registry. It includes NGOs, receiving grants for programs implemented by state authorities, providers of social and community services, as well as the owners of presidential grants.
Specifies that to qualify for state assistance can 24 thousands of socially oriented non-profit organizations, of which 17.5 thousand — suffered the most. This is an educational and charitable organization dedicated to scientific research, promotion of culture and sports.
Organizations are available soft loans, grace periods for payment of taxes, insurance premiums and rents for the use of state property. In addition, they are temporarily exempt from inspections and the obligation to submit reports to the regulating agencies.
